We both own our own design
businesses, but took different paths in
getting there.

Breanna Rose

Designer & founder of
Rowan Made

Bre is a graphic designer and art director living and working in Minneapolis. After receiving her BFA and graduating from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, she started her own design business from the ground up and hasn’t looked back since. Bre has worked with creative and talented clients all over the world and also spoke at Design Camp, one of AIGA’s largest regional conferences, on the art of freelancing. And in early 2014, she officially launched her new design studio, Rowan Made, where the focus is placed on thoughtfully refined design for passionate creatives. When she’s not designing, chances are you can find her dreaming about pizza, having dinner parties with friends, talking in a target lady accent with her family, or simply adventuring with her husband and puppy.

Jen Serafini

Designer & Founder of
Serafini Creative

Jen is a graphic designer and art director living and working in Chicago. After attending the Syracuse University Communications Design program, she spent four years working at TracyLocke, an advertising agency based in CT, and a year at Pinch Provisions, a beauty and personal care brand based in Chicago. She now runs her own boutique creative firm, Serafini Creative, where she works with her clients to build memorable brands through intentional design and art direction. Jen has wide and varied experience with clients of all sizes, from Dick’s Sporting Goods and Gatorade to local entrepreneurs and small businesses. When she’s not designing, you can find her hanging out with her husband and puppy, traveling, and endlessly searching for the perfect NYC bagel out in the midwest.
